Cava, sparkling wine, which is made by the traditional method. Local varieties of grapes, warm climate, as well as the country of production make their unique contribution to the development of the original character of this drink. The name Cava comes from the Spanish word "cellar".
The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the traditional method. It stays in the cellar for about 15 months before disgorging.
