It covers an area of 19 hectares of red clay slopes, and enjoys an amazing vista of both the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees. The yield per hectare is 5,000 Kg, approximately.
Ageing: 22 months in new Bordeaux barrels of Allier French oak, rest in bottle.
