The wine was created as a small tribute to the excellent union of Belgian King Baudouin and Spanish Donna Fabiola de Mora and Aragon. Wine was chosen for this wedding - Perelada Gran Reserva. To honor the memory of these monarchs of international prestige, Castillo Perelada still produces Balduino & Fabiola wines with the same label used in 1960.
