Winemaking
Fermented in 500 liter barrels / long maceration / two pressings per day during fermentation and one until the end of maceration at low temperature. The process takes approximately 31 days.
Aged for 4 months in French oak and American oak barrels.
Alcohol level 15%
Vineyard area - 29 hectares
The climate is cold and windy winters, with dry and hot summers, creating very good climatic conditions for an exceptional harvest.
The soil is alluvial and mostly sandy.
The average age of the vines is 40-50 years
