Doesn't contain sulfites!
The wine is vegan and organic.
Vinification: removal of the stalk and crushing of grapes, maceration for 10-15 days in special tanks at a temperature of 25-28°C, with frequent pumping. After this period, the wine is removed from the tanks and ends with its fermentation exclusively with wild yeast at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. After low-milk fermentation, the wine matures for several months on its noble lees in barriques at a controlled temperature.
Structure and complexity allow the wine to improve in bottle aging, which can last up to 15 years, reaching its pinnacle 10 years after harvest.
Natural: organic and vegan principles, no added sulfites
Soil: alluvial, very rich in clay.
Climate: mild, with very little rain and high summer temperatures allowing the grapes to ripen perfectly.
