The wine Gioveto Tenuta Cantagallo is dedicated to the historical name of Sangiovese. And until 1998 this wine was produced on the basis of Sangiovese. Later in the blend added Merlot and Syrah. All grapes are fermented separately, then blended and aged for 12 months in oak barrels, and after another 12 months in bottles.
