Production area: Colvendrame estate, in the hills of Refrontolo, between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, this area is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Among these gentle slopes there is a hill, marked on old maps as a trigonometric point called "Tombola di Pin". Around this Tombola, in the marly soil, there is a special, wonderful climate, the vines lie and the grapes ripen to produce a limited amount of sparkling champagne.

Soil: has an ideal structure for growing grapes with the correct percentage of clay. It is especially rich in tuff, which characterizes wine.

Vinification: soft pressing, cold static clarification and controlled temperature fermentation. A portion of the wine is fermented and refined for 8 months in oak barriques.
