The wine contains low levels of sulfites.
Naturalmente Orange is made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Organic and biodynamic principles in the vineyard, manual harvesting, no manipulation of wineries, local yeasts, skin fermentation and no filtration.
Location: the wine is produced in the estate "Le Ronche", located in the town of Fossalta di Piave.
The vineyard is located about 10 km from the Adriatic Sea and 50 km from the Dolomites.
Soil: alluvial, "karanto", mixtures of white clay and minerals from the Dolomites.
Climate: mild, with very little rain and high summer temperatures allowing the grapes to ripen perfectly.
Vineyard management: In order to achieve ideal grape maturation, summer pruning is carried out outside of normal vineyard management. In addition, the yield is kept at a very low level in order to obtain grapes full of body and aroma. The focus is on organic farming.
