"Grand Claustro" Brut Nature is one of the most famous and prestigious sparkling wines in Spain. It was served at a gala banquet when US President Dwight D. Eisenhower visited Spain in 1959. This kava is made entirely by hand and then aged in a cellar adjacent to an ancient monastery. In this cellar, under a majestic Gothic cathedral, the monks of the Carmelite monastery made wine over six centuries ago.
