The Barolo wine reaches its peak 8-10 years after harvest, but its life varies greatly depending on the harvest.
Barolo "Vigna La Rosa" is a rich, juicy, aromatic wine, which is made so by the very high quality Nebbiolo grapes grown on the site "La Rosa" in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba. The vineyard is located in the middle of a hill at an altitude of 250-300 meters above sea level and has a southern and southwestern exposure. The second reason for the success and importance of this wine is undoubtedly the work of winemakers. Carefully selected vinification methods, ideal fermentation conditions and special methods of aging wine in oak barrels of different sizes for 3 years allow to obtain wine with an elegant, intense aroma and the right balance in taste. The storage potential of the magnificent Barolo "La Rosa" is 15-25 years. It is recommended to decant for an hour before use.
