Location: The vineyard is located in the middle of the Côte de Beaune and is famous for its excellent wines. Puligny-Montrachet, as one of the villages of Côte de Blanc, is one of its famous names. Clos de la Garenne is a small vineyard (1.5 hectares - 3.75 acres) located in the upper part of the appellation.
Aging: in barrels (25% in new oak) 12 months. Wood origin: French oak woods.
Weathering of the forest: Joseph Drouin insists on complete control of weathering for three years, which is one of the elements that contribute to the elegance of wine.
