Riesling wine "Les Ecaillers", named after the annual oyster discovery competition. Produced from grapes harvested from the elite Grand Cru vineyards in Alsace. Wine is made only in the best fruitful years, when favorable weather conditions contribute to the best ripening of berries.
Soil: clay, limestone.
Production: 10 400 bottles.
