Aging: 24 months in 225 liter oak barriques and at least 8-12 months in a bottle.
Production: 3,000 bottles.
Hand harvesting at the end of October.
The wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes. Which grows on the highest part of Farnatella Hill at an altitude of 500-540 meters. The Syrah variety began to be grown in the winery back in the 1980s.
Soil: Well drained, warm and slightly acidic, mostly sand and silt, with some clay.
