Aging from 12 to 18 months in oak barrels (20% new oak).
Origin of wood: French oak forests
Vineyard location: the vineyard is located on a steep slope and has an excellent oriental exposition.
Soil: chalk in many places. In the northern part of Nui, which is closer to Vosne, produce wines with more subtlety.
And in the southern part, more powerful and durable wines.
