Production notes
Roserock Chardonnay combines three blocks of Chardonnay from the estate, hand-selected and sorted. Chardonnay is immediately pressed and sent in equal parts to tank and barrel. After completion of malolactic fermentation, the last cuvee is formed.

Аroma, color, taste Color: light golden. Aroma: Extremely fragrant and expressive aroma of crisp apples, honeysuckle and acacia. Palate: medium-bodied, extremely silky and full of supple, mineral fruit, with a long, juicy and delicately honeyed aftertaste.
